Trained as a telecommunications engineer and music composer in the 90s, both careers brought together technique and technology, creativity and innovation... and a demanding client. During 15 years Ibon worked in the digital transformation of the electricity network, managing a laboratory in a technological center. Now, at ASIMOB, they are focused on the digital transformation of roads, helping the Public Administrations (both urban and interurban) in their maintenance and in the automatic evaluation of the Road Safety, through the development and application of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Data Analytics and sensors in the processes required for that transformation.

Hans C. Arents is senior advisor digital government in the Flanders Digital Agency, the agency tasked with the transformation of the Flemish regional government and local governments into a radically digital, data-driven and AI-enabled government. He is responsible for formulating forward-looking e-government policy and stimulating transformative innovation in digital public service delivery. He has more than 20 years of experience in the drafting, implementation and evaluation of public policies in the fields of digital transformation and innovation in government. Lately he has been assisting the newly created AI Expertise Center of the Flemish government in drafting a far-reaching AI strategy and designing a comprehensive AI governance structure for the Flemish administration.

Ms Natalia Aristimuño Pérez is currently Director of Digital Enablers & Innovation at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Digital Services. Before her appointment as a Director, she was responsible for the Interoperability Unit. Her past experience combines different Head of Unit positions in the domains of delivering solutions for human resources, decision-making, document and knowledge management. Since she joined the European Commission in 2000, she has been involved in developing user-friendly solutions for public administrations and the European Commission itself. She graduated Deusto University (Bilbao, Spain) with IT background and has a deep knowledge of the business domains she works with.
